This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

1. How to cancel or reschedule

Message us on WhatsApp at 983 332 9699 or email reservaciones@paraisotours.com.mx, with your name and your booking number or date. Deadlines are counted from the service’s start date and time.

2. Packages

• Up to 15 days before: free cancellation.
• Between 15 days and 48 hours before: a charge of 30% of the total package price applies.
• Less than 48 hours before: no refund. You can reschedule your package by paying any difference in lodging rates for the new dates.

3. Tours

• Up to 48 hours before: free cancellation.
• Less than 48 hours before: the booking is non-refundable, but you can reschedule it free of charge within the next 6 months.

4. Transfers

• Up to 48 hours before: free cancellation.
• Less than 48 hours before: the transfer can be rescheduled.
• Flight delays or changes: if your flight is delayed or changed due to weather or airline scheduling, let us know via WhatsApp. Even with less than 4 hours’ notice, we will wait for your arrival at no extra cost. If we receive no notice, the transfer cannot be rescheduled.
